Teaching Philosophy

My approach to instruction is shaped by constructivism and a belief that students learn best when they actively engage in building understanding.

Constructivist, student-centered, and purposeful My teaching philosophy is rooted in constructivism, which views students as active participants in learning rather than passive recipients of information. I believe learners should be guided to discover concepts, make connections, and build understanding through structured exploration and purposeful practice. In my classroom, I serve as a facilitator of learning, creating opportunities for students to think critically, engage meaningfully, and grow in both confidence and mathematical understanding.
